Tar-X-RTU is a blended solvent based liquid, designed to remove tar and stubborn road soil. Product may be used to remove graffiti from plastic objects. Product pH is between 7.00 – 7.50.

Use undiluted. Apply undiluted product via hand spray. Allow product to penetrate surface and give a light brush. Rinse area well. Do not mix with other chemicals.
