Megacide is a superb, broad spectrum, multichain QAC, alcohol, glutaraldehyde and biguanide blend. Megacide contains 26% QAC as its actual active ingredient and has a total purity of 39.95% combined Biocides. Megacide is a foaming, disinfectant for use on hard surfaces in general. Product can be applied via foaming lance, fogging machine or spray. Product pH at use concentration is between 6.30 – 7.30

Bactericidal – Log 5 @ 1: 500 with 5 min - Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Fungicidal - Log 4 – @ 1:50 with a 5 Min Contact time - Aspergillus brasiliensis

Sporicidal - Log 4 - @ 1:50 with a 5 min Contact time - Bacillus subtilis spores

Virucidal – @ 1:500 - 30 min contact - Log 5 - Newcastle Virus (NCD), Log 6 - Infectious Bursal Disease (Gumboro)

Virucidal -@ 1:500 – 30 min contact time - Log 4 - Avian Influenza (AI)

Virucidal - @ 1:500 – 30 min contact time – Log 4 - Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus

Dilutions:

Use 1:200 – 1:500 (5ml/L – 0.2ml/L) dilution with water only, depending on application. Allow 5 -30 min contact time depending on application. Rinse well with cold water. Do not mix with any other chemicals. Use diluted product within 7 Days depending on storage and water conditions. Only use product on cleaned surfaces. Avoid contact or contamination with food stuffs. Not suited for food contact surfaces due to pine fragrance.
