Product Description:

Acidic Descaler

Active 1 is an acidic, medium duty, low foaming liquid descaling agent that removes oxides, light rust, heat and mineral scale from most surfaces. Product is designed and used in automatic and CIP systems.
Product is suitable for use within the food industry.
Product pH at a 1 % dilution is between 1.00 – 2.00.

Dilutions:

DILUTION INSTRUCTION: Use at 50 – 200 ml/L (1:20 – 1:5) dilution with water depending on application requirements. Apply at ambient to 70 oC until surface is clean. Rinse surface well.
Do not mix with any other chemicals. Use diluted product within 1 day. Always use gloves, goggles and protective clothing, when handling and decanting this product.
